Check Cat Suitability Before Purchase

Supplier text and images give conflicting maximum cat weights. Confirm this model's current age, weight and fit requirements with the supplier before purchase or enabling automatic operation. Images specify cats older than six months and a minimum recognition weight of 1.5 kg / 3.3 lb; this does not resolve the conflicting upper limits. Do not use automatic operation outside the confirmed requirements.

Compatible Litter

Use clumping litter only. Supplier guidance lists bentonite, mineral, and small-particle clumping tofu or mixed litter. For tofu and mixed litter, use pieces no more than 3 mm in diameter and 15 mm long. Avoid non-clumping crystal litter and long-strip pine or tofu litter. Follow the current manual and the included Filter A's compatibility requirements.

Placement and Daily Checks

Place the unit on a firm, flat, level floor, not on carpet or a mat, and keep the entrance clear. Supplier guidance specifies 5–10 cm clearance from walls and keeping a separate litter mat at least 5 cm from the unit. Follow the manual for installation, calibration and sensor checks.

Observe initial use and check your cat and the unit every day. Empty waste and refresh litter as needed. Do not rely on a fixed number of hands-off days or assume the product is risk-free. Automatic cleaning does not replace daily care.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Disconnect power before disassembly or cleaning. Clean removable non-electrical parts only as directed, then dry them fully before reassembly. Keep the electrical base dry; do not wash or immerse it. Follow the current user manual for operating and maintenance procedures.
