Sensor bundles only: The optional sensor activates the fountain when a person or pet approaches and switches it off approximately 30 seconds after they leave. This feature requires the sensor and is not included with every option.

Care and Maintenance

Check your pet and water level daily, refresh the water regularly, and keep the pump covered to the level required by the instructions. Unplug before cleaning. Clean the pump and replace the filter about once a month as recommended by the supplier, or sooner when needed. Follow the supplied manual for disassembly and cleaning. Keep electrical components out of the dishwasher.

If water flow stops, disconnect power and check the water level and pump for debris. A fountain does not replace daily pet care.
